Also component of the ribonucleoprotein vaults particle, a multi-subunit structure involved in nucleo-cytoplasmic transport. Responsible for the localizing and stabilizing vault RNA (vRNA) association in the vault ribonucleoprotein particle. Binds to TERC (By similarity).
